The head coach of Heart of Lions, Bashir Hayford, has appealed to fans to continue supporting the team, amid their struggles to win matches in the Ghana Premier League. The team from Kpando is winless in the last four matches and lost 1-0 to Aduana FC in their last outing.Speaking to Heart of Lions TV, Bashir Hayford has assured supporters of a turnaround in the upcoming matches.The highly-rated tactician is confident his players will get back to winning ways in their next match to make the supporters happy.“If the players are making me sad today, I know tomorrow they will make me happy. It’s the same thing I want to tell the supporters: if today the players have made you sad, tomorrow they will make you happy. So keep on supporting the team,” Bashir Hayford said.Following the team’s dip in form, Heart of Lions now sit 5th in the Ghana Premier League standings.Up next, the team will play against FC Samartex during Week 15 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League season. That match is scheduled for Sunday, December 21.
