Three Bundesliga players made the shortlist, but finished further down. Harry Kane (FC Bayern) came in 13th, Serhou Guirassy (Borussia Dortmund) finished 21st, and Michael Olise (FC Bayern) was 30th.
Germany and Liverpool star Florian Wirtz was also nominated, finishing 29th.
On the women’s side, Aitana Bonmati won the award ahead of Mariona Caldentey and Alessia Russo.
Germany and FC Bayern star Klara Bühl finished 19th, while her Bayern Munich teammate Pernille Harder came in 20th.
