FA Cup Round of 16: We have no excuse but to beat Aduana FC, says Kotoko coach Karim Zito

Asante Kotoko head coach, Abdul Karim Zito, has stated that his side has no excuse not to beat Aduana FC in their MTN FA Cup clash this weekend.His remarks come after his side suffered a disappointing 3–1 defeat to Heart of Lions last Saturday in the Matchday 21 games at the Kpando Sports Stadium.After the game, the former Black Satellites trainer revealed that he is targeting a double this season—winning both the Ghana Premier League and the FA Cup—and insisted his team must go all out to overcome Aduana.He further said his side would not repeat the mistakes they committed during their league match.“Definitely, we have to win that game (against Aduana FC). We don’t have any excuse because my main objective is to win the league or the FA Cup—or even the double. So definitely, I have to work hard because we cannot afford to lose to Aduana,” he said.Kotoko will host their regional rivals Aduana in the Round of 16 game at the Baba Yara Stadium this weekend.
