Luciano Spalletti has confirmed a squad of 22 Juventus players to take on Pisa at the Garibaldi on Saturday evening as the Bianconeri look to claw their way back into the top four and towards the top of the Serie A standings.
The Bianconeri are in fifth place on 29 points ahead of kick off, one point behind Roma in fourth place and four points behind Inter at the summit.
Juve will now head into a favourable run of fixtures against Pisa, Lecce, Sassuolo, Cremonese and Cagliari, and some outlets in Italy suggest that Spalletti and his team should be aiming for a maximum 15 points from these fixtures.
For this evening’s clash against Pisa, Spalletti will not have defenders Federico Gatti, Daniele Rugani or full-back Juan Cabal available.
Francisco Conceicao, who was on the scoresheet during Juventus’s massive 2-1 win over Roma last weekend, has picked up an injury and will also be unavailable to face Pisa. Dusan Vlahovic also remains out long-term.
There had been doubts surrounding Weston McKennie’s fitness earlier this week, but his place in the travelling squad has since been confirmed.
Arkadiusz Milik has also been included in the squad for the second time in a row after spending well over a year out of action through injury.
Goalkeepers: Perin, Di Gregorio.
Defenders: Bremer, Kelly, Kalulu, Cambiaso, J.Mario, Rouhi, Scaglia, P.Felipe.
Midfielders: Locatelli, Koopmeiners, Adzic, Kostic, Thuuram, Miretti, McKennie.
Forwards: Yildiz, Zhegrova, Milik, Openda, David.
