Tuttosport reports that Dusan Vlahovic is recovering quickly after surgery undergone in December to the extent that he could even be available against Inter next month.
Vlahovic could make an early return for Juventus as Tuttosport reveals his recovery at Continassa is advancing quickly.
Vlahovic underwent surgery at the start of December to repair a tendon in the left adductor. Initial reports claimed the striker would not return to action until March 2026, but his comeback could materialise much earlier.
According to the report, the progress made by Vlahovic at the Juventus training centre could see him be available for a big Serie A game against Inter in mid-February.
If the Serbian’s recovery continues at this rate, then the Bianconeri will likely give up the chase of a new centre-forward in January.
Tuttosport reports that the Bianconeri have been keeping an eye on Artem Dovbyk, Lorenzo Lucca and Alexander Sørloth, but an early Vlahovic return would shut the door on a new centre forward.
Vlahovic’s Juventus contract expires in June 2026, and he’s expected to leave Turin as a free agent at the end of the season.
