Video: Napoli lift Supercoppa Italiana trophy after 2-0 Final victory

Watch as Napoli captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo lifts the Supercoppa Italiana in Riyadh, following on from the Serie A title to make it a magical 2025.

The Partenopei had beaten AC Milan 2-0 in the semi-final of this Final Four format of the EA Sports FC Supercup, and then defeated Bologna by the same result in the Final this evening.

David Neres was the hero with both goals, curling a sensational finish into the far top corner, then pouncing on the error as the Rossoblu tried to play their way out from the back.

It is the third edition of the Supercoppa Italiana for this club, after 1990-91 and 2014-15, but only the second time after the Diego Armando Maradona era that they’ve managed to pair the Scudetto with this trophy.

President Aurelio De Laurentiis came down from the stands to join in the celebrations at the final whistle and watch the trophy ceremony at the Al-Awwal Park stadium.
