Marcus Thuram returned to first-team training with the rest of the Inter squad on Thursday, according to reports in Italy, following a full month out with an injury he picked up during the Champions League win over Slavia Prague at the end of September.
Thuram has not featured for the Nerazzurri since the 3-0 Champions League win over Slavia Prague on September 30. The Frenchman was spotted limping around the press area after full-time, but initially claimed that there was ‘nothing to worry about’ regarding a potential injury.
He has since missed 30 days of action with a hamstring injury, during which time he has missed four Serie A matches, one in the Champions League, plus the October international break with the France national team.
According to updates from Sky Sport Italia, Thuram is now back in the fold and has returned to training with the Inter squad in Milan on Thursday.
It remains to be seen, however, whether he will be fit enough to feature when the Nerazzurri take on Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi in the early kick-off on Sunday.
