Stats confirm Nico Paz is among the best attacking players in Europe

Como star Nico Paz and Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise are the only players in Europe’s top five leagues to have already collected at least five goals and five assists in league games, reports Opta.

Como talent Nico Paz has had a stunning start to the season with five goals and five assists in Serie A this term.

The Argentine attacking midfielder is the best scorer in Italy’s top flight alongside Hakan Calhanoglu (Inter), Riccardo Orsolini (Bologna) and Christian Pulisic (Milan).

As reported by Opta on X social media, Nico Paz, 21, is also one of the only two players in Europe’s top five leagues with at least five goals and five assists.

The other one is Bayern Munich’s Olise, who has done even more than Paz with six goals and six assists in the Bundesliga so far this season.

Nico Paz provided his latest assist for Como last night, in a 2-0 win over Sassuolo at the Stadio Sinigaglia.
