Join us for all the build-up and action as it happens from today’s three Serie A games, Sassuolo-Fiorentina, Inter-Como and Verona-Atalanta.

We begin at 14.00 GMT with Fiorentina still seeking their first victory of the season at surprisingly high-flying Sassuolo.

Inter face a big test with high-flying Como at San Siro at 17.00 GMT, with only three points separating them.

At 19.45 GMT, Atalanta hope to continue momentum under new coach Raffaele Palladino against rock bottom Verona.

The bad news for Verona and Fiorentina is no team has ever managed to avoid relegation after going the first 13 rounds without a victory.

The good news is someone DID manage to survive with even fewer points than the current 6. That team was Hellas Verona on 5 going into Week 13 in 2022-23. They eventually managed to stay in Serie A thanks to a play-off success against Spezia.

This is an unexpected fixture, especially as the newly-promoted Neroverdi are in 10th place with 11 more points than the Viola. That is because Fiorentina are on their third coach and still without a Serie A victory.

Robin Gosens, Jacopo Fazzini and Tariq Lamptey missed the trip, while Domenico Berardi is back on the treatment table until 2026 along with Stefano Turati, Filippo Romagna, Daniel Boloca and Laurs Skjellerup.
