Serie A Liveblog: Como-Atalanta, Cremonese-Inter, Parma-Juventus

Join us for all the build-up and action as it happens from today’s Serie A games, as Como-Atalanta is a battle for Europe, Inter take on giant-killers Cremonese, and Juventus visit Parma.

We begin at 14.00 GMT (15.00 CET) with sixth and seventh going head-to-head for ambitious targets.

At 17.00 GMT (18.00 CET), leaders Inter visit Jamie Vardy’s Cremonese, then at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET) Juventus are in Parma.

Atalanta down to 10 men after 8 minutes for the Honest Ahanor reaction foul on Perrone. Plenty of Como chances, but no goals.

Ramon cross from the right, but Douvikas can’t get enough power on the header to surprise Carnesecchi.

Into 2 minutes of added time.

Marten De Roon is booked and will be suspended for the next Atalanta game after a late tackle on Da Cunha.

Deflected Kempf attempt falls to the back post, where Carnesecchi rushes off his line to smother at the feet of Ramon!

Nico Paz effort deflected over by Ederson, then the resulting Como corner is cleared.

Atalanta try on the counter with Kamaldeen Sulemana, but the angled drive is smothered by Butez at the near post.

Como move it quickly from left to right, Vojvoda scorcher from just inside the area, but Carnesecchi does well to smother.

Better! Ferocious Nico Paz strike from outside the area parried by Carnesecchi, then Scalvini with a desperate block to stop Perrone tapping in the rebound!

Butez booked for carrying a ball away and trying to slow down the Atalanta throw-in.

Como again, Como wasteful again.

Perrone through ball for Douvikas, who lays it off for Nico Paz, another weak finish from 14 yards.

Baturina through ball releases Douvikas down the middle, but again he wastes it, this time scuffing the weak finish into the arms of Carnesecchi!

Como are not really enjoying this, their endless passing and possession can seem a little toothless at times, especially against 10 men who can defend this well.

Jacobo Ramon is pushing forward a lot, first he forces the corner, then his header on the resulting set play whistles just wide!

Como seem a little frustrated by Atalanta’s organised defending. Facing 10 men isn’t entirely an advantage for their style.

It’s all Como, Perrone tries to float a ball over the top for Valle, but it’s too close to Carnesecchi.

Como should be in front! Baturina with an inspired pass to send Douvikas clear on goal, then the striker for some reason tries to roll it back across instead of going for goal, and it was… just bad.

Just to add to the weirdness, it’s an Atalanta free kick after all that.

Scamacca’s free kick splits the wall and Butez smothers it.

It was an off the ball situation, Perrone was saying something to Ahanor, who turned and shoved him in the face. The referee didn’t see it, but he pulled out the red card after consulting with his assistants, who were witnesses.

There is also a yellow card for Perrone, who was provoking Ahanor to prompt that reaction.
