Tuttosport newspaper reports that Inter are preparing a contract extension offer for their rising star, Francesco Pio Esposito, who has been scouted by Premier League clubs this season.
Inter will soon offer their striker, Pio Esposito, a new contract until June 2031, according to Tuttosport.
The Italy international, a product of the club academy, returned to San Siro last summer after a two-year loan spell at Spezia in Serie B.
The 20-year-old’s current deal runs out in 2030, but the Nerazzurri want to extend his stay by one more year and offer a substantial pay rise.
According to the report, Inter directors will soon sit down with the player’s agent, Mario Giuffredi, for negotiations. Pio Esposito earns €1.1m per season at the Stadio Meazza, and Inter are ready to increase his wages to over €2.5m, including add-ons.
Pio Esposito has scored four goals and provided five assists in 24 appearances across all competitions this season.
He made his senior Italy debut under Gennaro Gattuso in September 2025 and has already netted three times in five international appearances.
