Juventus’ injury crisis in defence continues as the Bianconeri have flown to Norway for a Champions League game against Bodo/Glimt without Gleison Bremer, Daniele Rugani and Federico Gatti, among others.
Juventus coach Spalletti has announced his squad list for a Champions League match against Bodo/Glimt, which will be played on Tuesday, November 25.
As expected, Italian defender Gatti is not part of the group. The 27-year-old had not trained with the rest of the team on Monday morning, and according to Ilbianconero.com, he hasn’t recovered from the flu.
There are two other defenders on the treatment table, Bremer and Rugani. The latter suffered a muscle injury last week and already missed Saturday’s game against Fiorentina. Bremer underwent meniscus surgery in October and hasn’t returned to action since.
Carlo Pinsoglio and Arkadiusz Milik are the other two players missing from the Juventus squad list.
Milik has been on the sidelines for one and a half years and is not even in the Juventus UEFA list for the league phase of the Champions League.
Tomorrow, the Bianconeri visit Bodo/Glimt, looking for their first win in Europe’s elite competition this season.
Later today, Spalletti will provide the latest team news at a press conference in Norway.
