Roma director Frederic Massara insists they are ‘on the right track’ despite recent results and they want to ‘turn the trend around’ in the Europa League against Rangers.
It kicks off at Ibrox Stadium at 20.00 GMT.

The Giallorossi had a strong start to the season, but have hit problems in recent weeks, suffering back-to-back Europa League defeats to Lille and Viktoria Plzen at the Stadio Olimpico.
They also lost two of their last four in Serie A, fresh from Sunday’s painful 1-0 to AC Milan, where they wasted numerous chances.
“We know that our scoring statistics aren’t great, but also that the only way to improve is to keep working,” Massara told Sky Sport Italia.
“If we analyse the last few games, especially the one against Milan, we can see that the team created numerous scoring opportunities and that means we are on the right track.”
The defeat to Milan also brought new injury problems, ruling out Paulo Dybala and Leon Bailey for several weeks, with Evan Ferguson and Angelino already on the treatment table.
Massara was asked whether Roma’s push for a top four finish in Serie A might distract them from the Europa League.
“No. When you wear the Roma jersey, you cannot make calculations, you need to give your all in every competition. It is our duty to be competitive in every tournament.
“We want to turn this trend around starting from this evening, in what we know will be a fiery atmosphere.”
Glasgow Rangers are rock bottom of the Europa League table after losing their first three games, but have picked up the pace domestically since new coach Danny Röhl took over on October 20.
