Lazio director general Angelo Maria Fabiani tries to think ‘positive’ against Atalanta this evening and assures Maurizio Sarri there could be January reinforcements.
It kicks off at the New Balance Arena in Bergamo at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).

The Aquile are struggling so far this season with two wins, one draw, and three defeats in Serie A.
There is still an injury crisis ruling out Taty Castellanos, Nicolò Rovella, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Luca Pellegrini and Samuel Gigot, but Mattia Zaccagni and Boulaye Dia have shaken off knocks to start.
“Lazio have to play like Lazio,” Fabiani told Sky Sport Italia.
“Unfortunately, we have had quite a few injuries for a long time now. The start to the season has not been entirely positive, as in some games we did not get the results that we deserved.
“I only know how to work, with a calm and positive attitude.”
Sarri said this week that he would’ve walked out on any club other than Lazio after being told that there was a transfer embargo, preventing them from signing any new players in the summer, even free agents.
There is the possibility of bringing in reinforcements during the January transfer window, but only if the club makes investments to balance the books.
“I will never tire of pointing out that this squad scored 84 goals last season, even if it also conceded a few too many,” replied Fabiani when pressed on signing new players.
“Of course, in January we will evaluate along with Sarri and if we feel that there have to be reinforcements, we will intervene.”
