Noa Lang is on his way to Istanbul to complete his move from Napoli to Galatasaray, with the deal now fully agreed between the clubs.
The Dutch winger is expected to arrive in Turkey in the early hours after being given the green light to travel, bringing an end to his short and largely frustrating spell in Naples, as per Sports Digitale.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Galatasaray have secured Lang on a loan deal, with the agreement including a €30m option to buy at the end of the season.
Napoli will receive a €2m loan fee for the remainder of the campaign, while the purchase clause is not mandatory. Despite brief discussions over alternative structures, the clubs settled quickly once terms were aligned, allowing the player to make immediate travel arrangements.
Lang has been keen on the move, attracted by the chance to play a central role and regain continuity after struggling for rhythm and regular starts in Serie A. Galatasaray, meanwhile, see him as a major attacking reinforcement for the second half of the season as they push on multiple fronts.
From Napoli’s perspective, Lang’s departure is also strategic. The club need outgoing deals to unlock their January market, and his exit frees both squad space and financial flexibility ahead of potential reinforcements.
Formalities are expected to be completed shortly after Lang’s arrival, with medical checks and contract signing scheduled in Istanbul.
