Great Olympicsâ head coach Sulley Adamu has resigned following a disappointing start to the season.Adamu stepped down after struggling to inspire the team, which has collected just seven points from eight games, leaving fans frustrated and disappointed. His resignation came in the wake of Sundayâs 1-1 draw against True Democracy, placing the club just one point above the Access Bank Division One League Zone III relegation zone. The former manager of Okwahu United and Heart of Lions was brought in to guide Great Olympics back to the Ghana Premier League, but the teamâs inconsistent form has hampered that ambition.Currently 10 points off the promotion spot, the club still has 22 games remaining to salvage the season. The new coach will face the task of turning around the teamâs fortunes and reigniting their push for top-flight football.
