
The head coach of Medeama Sporting Club, Ibrahim Tanko, has disclosed that he is travelling with a strong squad for the Week 19 Ghana Premier League fixture against Vision FC this weekend. The league leaders are scheduled to take on the Tema-based outfit on Saturday, January 17.Speaking in his pre-match interview, Ibrahim Tanko indicated that the approach for the upcoming fixture will not be different from games played already this season.With only one player set to miss the Vision FC game, the highly-rated tactician is confident his side can secure a good result away from home, although he admits it will be a tough contest.So far so good. Preparations for the match against Vision FC have been good. We have an astroturf that we train on, and so we are ready to go to Tema for the game. We are going to play away, and it will be a tough match against a good side.The boys are ready. We have only one injury, which is Emmanuel Owusu. The rest are all on board, so definitely we are going there with a strong team, Ibrahim Tanko told Medi TV.The Week 19 league match between Vision FC and Medeama SC is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm at Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex on Saturday.
