GPL: Bechem United capable of beating Medeama SC – Mallam Yahaya

Bechem United assistant coach Mallam Yahaya is confident the team can beat league leaders Medeama Sporting Club this weekend. The Hunters are travelling to Tarkwa this weekend to face off with the Yellow and Mauves in what will be a tough Week 11 showdown in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.Speaking in a pre-match interview, Mallam Yahaya stressed the importance of approaching the game with the right mentality, assuring supporters that Bechem United will fight to avoid a defeat on the road.Medeama are one of the best in the league this season. We are also working and we are working on the shortcomings in the team. We are preparing very well because we dont want to lose any points, whether away or at home.We respect them, but we will play to fight for the points. At the end of the day, we hope to pick up at least a point. We lost there last season does not mean we will lose again. Everything can happen in football, and the mentality we take into the game is very important, Mallam Yahaya told Bechem United TV.The upcoming Week 11 fixture between Medeama SC and Bechem United will be played on Saturday, November 22, and is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 pm at TnA Stadium.
