Dr Bawumia praises Black Stars after 2026 World Cup qualification

Former Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has congratulated the Black Stars following their qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.The four-time African champions sealed their place at next year’s global tournament with a decisive victory on Sunday night at the Accra Sports Stadium, finishing top of Group I with 25 points.In a video message shared shortly after the qualification, Dr. Bawumia lauded the team’s achievement and expressed national pride over Ghana’s return to the world’s biggest football stage."It's @FIFAWorldCup number 5!
