Black Stars open camp ahead of Japan and South Korea friendlies

The Black Stars will begin camping on Wednesday, November 12, in Nagoya- Japan ahead of the Kirin Cup tournament. Coach Otto Addo has invited 22 players, who are expected to report to Japan in Wednesday as preparations begin for the international break.The Black Stars will be without key players Jordan Ayew, Thomas Partey, Mohammed Kudus, Alexander Djiku, Ernest Nuamah, and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.However, Addo has included three new debutants including Montreal CF and former Germany youth striker Prince Osei Owusu to his team.The players will train again on Thursday before Friday's game against the Blue Samurais of Japan.The West African heavyweights will then travel to Seoul on Saturday for their second match of the window against South Korea.The Black Stars are preparing for next summer's FIFA World Cup in North America, having failed to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.Below is the itinerary for the Asia tour:
