Ademola Lookman is not on the market, but Atalanta are reportedly willing to discuss the striker’s sale for at least €40m.
Calciomercato.com reports that Atalanta are not planning to sell Lookman during the winter transfer window, but could consider the striker’s departure if they receive an offer of at least €40m.
Lookman will soon return from Nigeria international duty, finding a new attacking teammate in Bergamo, Giacomo Raspadori, who has joined Atalanta on a permanent deal from Atletico Madrid.
Raspadori’s move, however, doesn’t mean Atalanta will try to sell Lookman at any cost.
La Dea reportedly want to retain the Nigerian at the club until the end of the season and will only consider high offers for the 28-year-old, scorer of three goals in 16 appearances this term.
SportMediaset transfer expert Orazio Accomando reported earlier this week that Fenerbahce were ready to offer €5m for Lookman’s loan until the end of the season, adding an obligation to buy worth €37m.
The Turkish side are reportedly ready to offer Lookman a salary exeeding €9m per season, plus add-ons.
