Three Serie A clubs, Inter, Juventus and Atalanta, have qualified for the Champions League knock-out play-off, while Napoli were knocked out after the league phase.
Inter, Juve and Atalanta will know their opponents in the knock-out play-off during the draw tomorrow, Friday, January 30.
As you can read in our guide to the Champions League knock-out play-off draw, the possible opponents for Inter (10th) in the next round are José Mourinho’s Benfica (24th) or Bodo/Glimt (23rd).
Juventus finished 13th and will be drawn against either Galatasaray (20th) or Club Brugge (19th).
Lastly, Atalanta finished 15th, resulting in possible meetings with Olympiacos (18th) or Borussia Dortmund (17th).
The path to the quarter-finals is already set as Inter, Atalanta and Juventus already know their possible opponents in the Round of 16.
