Viktoria Plzen striker Rafiu Durosinmi has undergone his medical tests and is ready to complete the transfer to Pisa for €9m plus add-ons.
The centre-forward only turned 23 last week and was on the market because his current contract with Viktoria Plzen is due to expire at the end of the season.
With that in mind, Serie A strugglers Pisa decided to swoop and quickly agreed terms with both the player and his club.
Sky Sport Italia state the fee is in the region of €9m plus up to €2m in performance-related add-ons.
Durosinmi flew into Italy this morning and completed his medical tests in Bologna.
He is now on his way to Pisa to meet coach Alberto Gilardino and his new teammates.
