With six league goals for Napoli this season, Rasmus Hojlund has already surpassed his Premier League goal tally at Manchester United in 2024-25.
Denmark international Hojlund has had a very good start to the season at Napoli, netting seven times in 19 games across all competitions.
The former Manchester United forward has scored six goals in 12 Serie A appearances this term, two more than he managed in the Premier League at Manchester United in 2024-25.
Last season, Hojlund had netted 10 goals in 52 appearances across all competitions, four in 32 Premier League matches.
The Denmark international joined Napoli from the Red Devils last summer, on loan with an obligation to buy.
Hojlund had already played in Serie A at Atalanta in 2022-23, scoring nine goals in 32 league outings.
Napoli currently sit third in the Serie A table, two points below leaders Inter, who they will meet on January 11, 2026, at San Siro.
Hojlund’s latest brace against Jamie Vardy’s Cremonese on Sunday helped the Partenopei stay in touch with Inter and second-placed Milan, who are just one point above Antonio Conte’s men.
Napoli have already won one trophy this season, lifting the Supercoppa Italiana in Riyadh earlier this month.
