Pisa have made just one alteration to their starting line-up ahead of Monday evening’s clash against Parma, who have changed half their team around after Thursday’s Coppa Italia defeat against Bologna.
The hosts have won only one, but have also lost only one of their last seven matches in Serie A, with a further five draws on their record across that period.
Alberto Gilardino has made only one change following his side’s 2-0 defeat by Inter last weekend, with Arturo Calabresi coming in for Raul Albiol at centre-back.
Parma, meanwhile, have endured a tough run of fixtures and a tough run of results over the last few weeks, with defeats against Roma, Bologna and a 2-2 draw with Milan in Serie A. They were beaten 2-1 by Bologna again in the Coppa Italia on Thursday night, albeit with a heavily rotated side.
Carlos Cuesta has changed more than half of his team around following the midweek cup defeat, with Mateo Pellegrino, Adrian Bernabe, Lautaro Valenti and Nahuel Estevez all returning for Monday’s game against Pisa.
Kick-off is due at 14.00 GMT.
Pisa (3-5-2): Scuffet; Calabresi, Caracciolo, Canestrelli; Touré, Piccinini, Aebischer, Marin, Angori; Meister, Nzola
Parma (3-5-2): Corvi; Delprato, Estevez, Valenti; Britschgi, Bernabé, Keita, Ondrejka, Valeri; Benedyczak, Pellegrino.
