Juventus’s Teun Koopmeiners, Lazio’s Matteo Guendouzi and Como’s Maximo Perrone are among the list of 12 players at risk of being suspended in the 14th round of Serie A fixtures that begins on Saturday afternoon.
Koopmeiners, Guendouzi and Perrone are all on four league yellow cards for the season, and will pick up one-match suspensions if they are booked during the next round of Serie A fixtures.
Also on the list of players carrying four yellow cards are Matteo Prati (Cagliari), Martin Payero (Cremonese), Kialonda Gaspar (Lecce), Josh Doig (Sassuolo), Leo Ostigaard (Genoa), Rafik Belghali (Hellas Verona), Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro (Verona), Luca Ranieri (Fiorentina) and Cesare Casadei (Torino).
It was also confirmed on Tuesday that Massimiliano Allegri will be suspended for Milan’s upcoming Serie A clash against Torino on Monday after his involvement in the touchline arguments at the end of his side’s 1-0 win over Lazio last weekend.
Marco Ianni, assistant to Maurizio Sarri, was also shown a red card during the incident and will not be involved in his side’s league match against Bologna on Sunday.
Udinese head coach Kosta Runjaic was also among those sent off over the weekend and suspended on Tuesday.
