The Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association, Henry Asante Twum, says the mood in the Black Stars camp remains highly competitive as the team prepares to face South Korea in their final November friendly.
Nineteen players are currently in camp for Tuesdays match at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
The squad has been trimmed by injuries to Francis Abu, Mohammed Salisu and Antoine Semenyo, who have all been ruled out. Abu is recovering from a broken ankle, while Salisu and Semenyo picked up knocks.
Despite the setback of last Fridays 2-0 defeat to Japan in the Kirin Cup, Asante Twum maintains that the teams spirit is intact. He noted that every player understands what is at stake and is determined to seize the moment.
Kick-off is at 11 a.m. as Ghana continues its build-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
