According to Foot Mercato, Thiago Motta has been sounded out by the Greece and Serbia national teams, but the ex-Juventus coach is waiting for a call from a club.
Former Juventus and Bologna coach Thiago Motta has recently been approached by the Serbia and Greece national teams, according to Foot Mercato in France.
The report claims that Motta was not tempted by either of the two teams and will keep waiting for an offer from a club.
Motta had previously been linked with the Atalanta job, but La Dea ultimately appointed their primary option, Raffaele Palladino, after firing Ivan Juric.
Motta was sacked by Juventus in March 2025, and the former Italy international remains under contract with the Old Lady until June 2027.
As reported by Ilbianconero.com, Motta will cost Juventus €16m gross until the end of his agreement, which will remain valid until the 43-year-old reaches an agreement with another team.
