Chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee, Dr Randy Abbey, has revealed that Ghanas senior national teams technical setup will be strengthened ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Following Ghanas failure to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), the technical team was reinforced with experienced figures including Winfried Schfer, Desmond Ofei, and Gregory De Grauwe.
With the Black Stars set to participate in next summers World Cup co-hosted by the USA, Canada, and Mexico Dr Abbey confirmed that further improvements are being planned.
Ghana will discover their group-stage opponents for the 2026 FIFA World Cup on December 5.
