Bayern Munich hit the road aas they look to continue their perfect start to their Bundesliga defence at Hoffenheim.
Bayern were superb in midweek as they beat Chelsea in the Champions League, but Hoffenheim have also started well this season.
They have scored at least two goals in eight of their last 10 games and will be a threat to Vincent Kompany’s side.
Right-back Valentin Gendrey (ankle) and forward Adam Hlozek (foot) are out for Hoffenheim.
Japan centre-back Koki Machida is completing the first phase of his rehabilitation in Japan following a knee operation.
Defenders Hiroki Ito (foot) and Josip Stanisic (knee) and widemen Jamal Musiala (ankle) and Alphonso Davies (knee) are out for Bayern.
Stanisic suffered a partial rupture of the medial ligament in his right knee during the club’s Champions League opener.
