Ghanaian teen Jalil Alhassan set to join French club Strasbourg

Talented Ghanaian centre-back, Jalil Alhassan, is close to joining French topflight side Racing Club Strasbourg. The youngster has reportedly agreed a deal to join the Ligue 1 side after a successful trial in Europe, where he spent time with Chelsea's youth team.He moved to Europe from Ghanaian academy Samba Stars after winning the best player at a youth tournament held in the country last year.Alhassan will begin his career with Strasbourg's youth team as he continues his development.The towering centre-back has huge potential and he is seen as one for the future.His move to Strasbourg also allows English giants Chelsea the opportunity to have the chance to make a move for him in future due to the relationship between the two clubs.Alhassan has represented Ghana at youth level and he is currently part of the U20 team.
