2025/26 Ghana Premier League: Week 21 Match Preview- Aduana FC vs FC Samartex

Aduana FC will welcome FC Samartex at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa with a lot at stake for both sides in the quest for the Ghana Premier League title.The hosts, two-time champions, returned to winning ways last week after a hard-fought victory on the road against Swedru All Blacks, to reignite their title chances. Aduana currently sit third on the table, just behind Asante Kotoko, who have played a game more.The top two teams lost their matches this weekend, leaving Aduana with the opportunity of closing the gap at the top.Meanwhile, only a point separate them and fifth place FC Samartex, a side that has been in fine form since their defeat to Hearts of Oak on matchday 16. Samartex are the most in-form side in the league, having won three of their last five matches with the other ending in a draw.Although Aduana have been solid at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park, Samartex have had a good run on the road this season.Samartex also have a rich record against the Ogya lads, having won six of their seven Premier League meetings.Aduana Stars will however be boosted by the signings of Benjamin Tsivanyo and Daniel Awuni ahead of the game on Sunday while Samartex rely on Musah Zakari, who has kept 11 clean sheets in the league as well as red-hot Christian Agyemin Boateng.
