
Roma have reportedly reached a full agreement to sign Aston Villa striker Donyell Malen, who will fly to Italy today.
Aston Villa striker Malen is set to join Roma on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy from Aston Villa.
Fabrizio Romano reports on X social media that the Premier League side have allowed the Dutch striker to fly to Italy to undergo his medical tests with the Giallorossi.
According to the report, Roma will pay circa €2.3m for the striker’s six-month loan, while the obligation to buy is set at €28.8m.
Romano reports that Malen will travel to Italy today.
Roma have had some busy days, but saw one of their main options in attack, Giacomo Raspadori, eventually pick Atalanta.
Nevertheless, the Giallorossi were still able to secure a deal for Olympique Marseille talent Robinio Vaz, who is currently undergoing his medical tests with the Serie A side.
Malen, 26, has scored seven goals and provided two assists in 29 appearances across all competitions this season.
