2025/26 GPL table after Week 9: Aduana FC retain top spot as Kotoko move up to seventh

Aduana Football Club have retained their position at the summit of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League table at the end of Week 9.The team from Dormaa over the weekend hosted Medeama Sporting Club at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park.Facing tough opposition, Aduana FC put up a strong performance, securing a crucial point at the end of the game, which ended in a goalless stalemate.Despite dropping two points at home, Aduana FC are still top of the league log with 19 points.The team leads Medeama SC and Heart of Lions, the teams in second and third by just a single point.Defending Champions Bibiani Gold Stars are in fourth place with 16 points, the same as Hearts of Oak and FC Samartex in fifth and sixth positions respectively.Asante Kotoko, despite playing just six matches in the ongoing league campaign, have climbed to seventh in the league table following a narrow 1-0 win over Hearts of Oak on Sunday.At the bottom of the table, Eleven Wonders, Holy Stars, and Bechem United continue to struggle to get out of the relegation zone.Check out the current league table after Week 9 below.
